Spiš Artists Gallery
The Spiš Artists' Gallery in Spišská Nová Ves is one of the most important cultural institutions in the region. Its historic building, built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in addition to artworks, hides the unique spirit of the time in which it was founded. After more than a hundred years of continuous service, however, the time has come for a sensitive restoration of selected building elements so that the gallery can continue to fulfil its cultural mission at a 21st century level. Our contribution to this restoration was the creation of replica windows and entry doors on the lower level in premium KUNAJ Minimal oak.

When you cross the threshold of the gallery today, you will smell the scent of fresh oak wood and the gentle glimmer of a sunbeam that leans on the canvases like a living spotlight. New windows open the interior to the city - the ancient square is mirrored in glass as visitors walk through the corridors and hear each footstep echoing brighter than ever. These frames are not just a technical substitute; they are a poetic bridge that connects generations of artists with the curious eyes of today.

And yet the heart of modern technology beats within them: oak beams layered for stability, a subtle 55 mm profile, triple glazing with a thermal insulation parameter of Ug = 0.5 W/m²K and concealed fittings that quietly hold the weight of history. The entrance door with its oversized glazing, RC2 three-point lock protects the gallery but gives a welcoming retreat to visitors.
